How do space statuses work

Both Spaces and Subspaces have a status chip that can be changed by clicking on it.

1. Changing the status of a subspace does not affect other subspaces or the Space.
2. Changing the status of a Space does not affect its subspaces.
3. The Ready status can only be set manually.
4. When a reservation starts, the status automatically changes to In Use (only if it was previously Ready).
5. If it was not Ready, the status does not change.
6. When the reservation ends, the status changes from In Use to Being Reset.
7. If it never changed to In Use, it remains unchanged.
