How to create an event


Step 1: Add Event types

(If you already have event types set up, skip to Step 2)


  1. Go to Admin Settings in the left side menu.
  2. Click Templates.
  3. Select Events from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click the New Event Type **button **in the top-right corner.
  5. Fill in the details. You can create multiple event types and assign different colors for easier recognition.


Step 2: Create an Event

Once event types are set up, you can add events to your calendar in multiple ways:


Option 1: From the Dashboard

  1. Click the Add new button in the top right corner of the screen or in the Events widget.
  2. Select “Event”.
  3. Fill in the event details.
  4. Click Save and Continue. After saving, you can add Guests, Activities, Documents, and other data points to manage your event.


Option 2: From the Left-side Menu

  1. Click the + next to Events in the left-side menu.
  2. Fill in the event details.
  3. Click Save and Continue


Option 3: From Events Page


  1. Click Events in the left side menu.
  2. Push the Add New Event button in the top right corner.
  3. Select Create Blank Event.
  4. Follow the steps to fill in the event details and click Save and Continue.
