How to invite employees to the organization
- Go to Admin Settings in the left-side menu.
- Click on Permissions.
- Click the Add Permission.
- Select the permission level (Admin, Manager, Employee, or Custom)
- Select the desired employee by checking the box. (Make sure you have the correct email address in their profile. Each email address can only be associated with one organization in Dot5.)
- Click Send Invitation. A confirmation message will appear once the invite is successful. A confirmation message will appear once the invite is sent successfully, and the employee will receive an email that is valid for 24 hours.
Note: If you choose “Custom” permissions for an employee, you’ll need to assign them manually.
