# How to edit an activity

**From Events:**

1. Click on **Events** in the left side menu.
2. Select your Event from the calendar or list views.
3. Click on the Activity you wish to edit.
4. Add or update the information.
5. Click the **Save** button to apply the changes. A confirmation message will appear once the changes are saved. 

**From Employees:**

1. Click on **Employees** in the left side menu.
2. Select **Diary** from the dropdown menu, located under Schedule on the top-left side. 
3. Click on the Activity you wish to edit. 
4. Add or update the information.
5. Click the **Save** button to apply the changes. A confirmation message will appear once the changes are saved.
