# How to create space types

###### Step 1: Add Space Types

1. Go to **Admin Settings** in the left side menu.
2. Click on **Templates**.
3. Select **Spaces** from the dropdown menu.
4. Click the **Create New Space type** or **New Space Type** button.
5. Fill in the details. You can always add or edit information later.
6. Click on **Save**. A confirmation message will appear once the Space type is saved.

###### Step 2: Add Subspace Types

1. Go to **Admin Settings** in the left side menu.
2. Click on **Templates**.
3. Select **Spaces** from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on the three dots of a Space and select **Edit**.
5. Select **Subspaces** from the top menu.
6. Click the **Create New Subspace type** or **New Subspace Type** buttons.
7. Fill in the details. You can always add or edit information later.
8. Click on **Save**. A confirmation message will appear once the Subspace Type is saved.
